Light Therapy
Using technology developed by NASA, the body's repair/ rejuvenation systems are kicked into high gear. Studies have shown this non-invasive application of specific wavelengths of light to targeted areas increases blood flow, providing pain reduction and a host of other benefits.
Reiki
Reiki can help ease stress and tensions and can help support the body to encourage an environment for healing on all levels: physical, emotional, and mental.
This ancient Japanese technique promotes balance among all the body’s systems.
Massage Therapy
My most popular treatment.
Massage therapy can include therapeutic, sports, relaxation and pregnancy treatments. Appropriate for all ages from newborns to centagenarians, it promotes healing, reduces inflammation, and reduces stress.
Reflexology
This traditional eastern practice is designed to be effective in reducing tension and stress by activating specific points on the feet. Reflexology is also effective at facilitating better functioning of your nervous and circulatory systems.
Cupping
Lifting of the skin by the suction of the cups increases the blood and lymph flow by separating the muscle layers to promote healing of the muscle and soft tissue while removing toxins like lactic acid. This is a popular treatment for those with active lifestyles.
Colour Energy
Utilizing the vibrations of colour along with sound and light, energy blockages can be released, resulting in better balance of all bodily systems. This is a popular treatment when dealing with trauma or emotional pain.

For less than 24 hours cancellation or no-show, the full appointment fee is due unless your appointment time is able to be filled by someone else.

About Me
I grew up in Switzerland, where I was trained as a registered nurse and took my training in massage therapy and foot reflexology in 1989. I have been a Swiss/Canadian Citizen since 1995 and created Morinville Massage Therapy Inc. in 1996. After operating continuously in Morinville for 26 years, I moved to neighboring St. Albert in December 2022 operating as Arbor Massage & Wellness.
I am trained in relaxation, therapeutic and sports massage, using organic herbal oils. I am also trained in foot reflexology, reiki and colour therapy. I provide aromatherapy health products through the Colour Energy Corporation.
In 2021 I completed my studies in Photobiomodulation and am a Certified Light Therapist. I’m excited to offer this modality which has years of clinical studies and practical history as an effective way to provide numerous benefits including pain management, increased healing, increased brain function, and skin rejuvenation.
My clients come from all walks of life with different health needs. I will be happy to assess and create a treatment plan with you to assist you in the most beneficial way.

– I am a certified Light Therapist through BANHS (Board of Advanced Natural Health Sciences)
– I am a Reiki Master and have been practicing since 2000.
